wide rangeshuttle serviceearly closure
the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of food.
the location requires taxi use to go anywhere. the free shuttle service stops early at 5 pm. this timing limited my use of the pool, also closing at 5 pm. not much to do in the evening with children because of these early closures.

beautiful viewfriendly service
the room had a beautiful view of the national mosque. i also saw the petronas towers in the distance. the breakfast buffet was delicious. i found the service at reception very helpful. sakib and hamun were friendly when i arrived tired after my flight.

their cakes especially stood out , they offered a good sweetness. the breakfast buffet had an enormous variety and many choices for both europeans and asians.

the hotel is in a central area, but guests without a car should be aware. no external facilities are within walking distance. kl sentral is accessible via a shuttle bus that departs at scheduled hours.

poor drainageinattentive staff
i found the service to be lacking in several respects. i requested a prayer mat be sent to my room, but it did not arrive until i called a third time at 5 am.. even after mentioning a drainage issue in the bathroom, i received no feedback or action from the reception or manager. this lack of attentiveness to guest requests and maintenance concerns is unacceptable.
